At Halo Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
